Catnets is closely monitoring COVID-19 developments and our thoughts are with those directly and indirectly impacted by the spread of the virus.
At this stage our ONLINE STORE is open and our customer service team are available to take your call during our standard business hours.
We are accepting pickups for click and collect orders, however our premises is otherwise closed to all customers.
We are dispatching orders as normal and our freight partners (Australia Post, Direct Freight and others) are also operating. As such, we are still able to ship orders out as usual. Please note that most freight companies (including Australia Post) are implementing social distancing procedures in regards to the obtaining of signatures on delivery. If you have any special instructions for your delivery please let our staff know.

At this stage there is minimal disruption to stock availability, however this is an evolving situation that we are assessing daily.
