Christmas & New Year 2020 Information

I think we can all agree that 2020 has been a year like no other, and the Christmas rush this year is certain to be different. With customer buying patterns shifting to online purchasing, freight companies are sure to be overwhelmed with deliveries this Christmas period. We will be doing our utmost to have your orders delivered pre-Christmas, and we appreciate your patience with the freight companies. Our recommendation of course is not to leave your purchase too late to avoid potential disappointment. We are still operating at full capacity and will be aiming to ship orders out in a timely manner from our Sydney warehouses.

Calender:

23rd December: Our last day of shipping out orders for 2020
24th December to 5th January: Our ONLINE store will be open as usual, however no orders (including Priority Dispatch orders) will be dispatched until our return to business on the 6th January 2021
6th January: All Customer Service and Warehouse staff return and commence processing and dispatch of orders. Priority will be given to “Pre-orders” and “Priority Dispatch” orders.
